18.  Frequent percents.  The student should know the percent
18.  equivalent of the following.  Each one is that fractional part of 100%.

 19.  With a calculator, how do we interpret the fraction Amount   Base ?

20.  Calculator problem.  Express each fraction as a percent.  Round
21.  off to one decimal digit.

 21.  a) 1415 = 93.3% b) 1514 = 107.1% c) 1 11 = 9.1%
